This work devotes to the territorial aspects of innovative diffusion in socio-economic systems through market provisions, since its development is becoming increasingly important ensure territories` competitiveness. The components this article reveal relationship between innovation and marketing context well-being communities, cities, regions countries. It has been proven that modern changes economic environment force each territory take certain measures order win best positions economic, social environmental spheres, including by spreading innovations using own uniqueness.
